As a senior executive in the corporate and tech startup world, I’ve realized that the best way to deliver peak performance is via healthy body and mind which requires prioritizing a well lived life outside of the office. Many people struggle to find purpose in our lives and the pace at which we move provides little time to reflect on what we need to fill our cup, often leading to burnout or worse yet, chronic illness.
My goal with House Harmon is to help people find ways to connect with themselves on a deeper level to find authenticity, a connection to mind and body that helps us find focus, and to understand how to maintain a healthy lifestyle with ambition, drive, and the desire to live meaningfully.
As a certified pilates, yoga, and breathwork practitioner and coach, I’m your guide to sustainable wellness and your teacher, friend, and housemate leading you to a deeper understanding of yourself or team.
